Creating an account

Getting started with Mindchart is simple and secure. Accounts are created through an initial setup process with the Mindchart team to ensure the platform is configured correctly for your organisation or practice.

Step 1: Contact the Mindchart team​

To create an account, first get in touch with the Mindchart team.

During this step, we’ll:

  • Set up your provider account
  • Configure access based on your role (e.g. solo practitioner, clinic, organisation)
  • Ensure the right permissions and features are enabled from the start

This approach helps keep the platform secure and avoids unnecessary setup later.

Step 2: Receive your registration email​

Once your provider account has been created, you’ll receive an email invitation to register.

This email will include:

  • A secure registration link
  • Instructions for completing your account setup

If you don’t see the email, check your spam or junk folder.

Step 3: Create your login details​

Follow the link in your registration email and set:

  • Your password
  • Any required account details

Choose a strong password and keep it secure. Your login details protect access to sensitive mental health data.

Step 4: Verify your email​

As part of the registration process, you’ll be asked to verify your email address.

  • Open the verification email
  • Click the verification link

This confirms your identity and helps protect your account.

Step 5: Complete your profile​

After verification, you may be guided through a short setup process to help personalise your experience. This can include:

  • Confirming your role
  • Reviewing account details
  • Accessing your dashboard

You can update your profile information later if needed.

Security and privacy​

Mindchart is designed with privacy and security in mind:

  • Data is transmitted securely
  • Access is role-based
  • Only authorised users can view or manage data

Already received an invitation?​

If you’ve already been invited:

  • Open the registration email
  • Follow the link to complete setup
  • Sign in using your email and password
